Juggling
Shoes: Cleats
Method:
- Head – Start with ball in hands
- Feet – No hands allowed and must use both feet at least once
- Free style – No hands allowed can use any part of body
- Take best score of 2 trials.
Considerations: Younger players will struggle getting the ball of the floor with feet, so U11/U12 players get 5 attempts, each trial. All other players get 2 attempts, each trial.
